Abstract


This work proposes a medical reading of the Quixote, attending to the multiple perspectives that as the sanitary matter offer in the work. It gathers aspects of the medical fortune of the Quixote, early vision that led diverse professionals of the health to valuing the work as ars medicates. It points at the sensibility of the author to gather the sanitary matter of the epoch and to incorporate it into the creation of prominent figures and situations. The figure of the essayist incorporates, in addition, médicoliterario, that opens the door for the interest that the anarchistic doctors showed for the QuixoteQuixote.
